The Education Section of the NSW Parliament provides Education programs focused on NSW curriculum requirements. VISIT US AT OUR HOUSE is a free, fun and interactive one-hour videoconferencing program for Years 5/6 students is based on the History K-10 NSW Syllabus for the Australian curriculum and the Australian Curriculum: Civics and Citizenship. Students will learn about the development of democracy in the early colony of NSW, the levels of government and how the bicameral system with its two houses works together to make laws.
